Client's Voice

"ChannelGain was brought in to conduct an audit of Titus' channel and partner initiatives. ChannelGain identified gaps and opportunities in our programs, processes and policies and facilitated the management team to consensus on the channel and partner path forward.  ChannelGain understood our limited budget and delivered appropriate recommendations on time and under budget.  We continue to integrate ChannelGain's recommendations into our planning and operations."

Channel & Alliance Audits

Cambridge Dictionary definition:

"To make an official examination of the accounts of a business and produce a report."

In the context of business partners (channels or strategic alliances), the function of 3rd party audits serves one of two purposes:

  1. To examine existing programs, plans, partners, processes, resources, etc. for the purpose of strengthening the path forward.

  2. To examine corporate plans, operations, resources and objectives for the purpose of establishing and growing revenue through 3rd party channels and/or influencing markets through strategic alliances.

In either case, ChannelGain is uniquely qualified to deliver independent audit services because of its focus on partner oriented growth strategies that are built on a foundation of sales.  ChannelGain brings a depth of hands on experience in direct and partner based sales, marketing and sales operations.  ChannelGain understand the relationship of these elements to successful partnering.

ChannelGain Audit services are flexible and tailored to the size, budget and requirements of its clients.  Audits can be limited to internal planning and operations or extend to include interviews with existing and prospective partner prospects.  ChannelGain works closely with its clients to understand business requirements, budgets and goals and will recommend the appropriate level of audit.
